This company is not honest at all
Scott the sales man that sold us the unit it's is supposed to be very good a 5 star unit. The softener works goo but the people that sell the softners are lied Scott especially stood in my living room and told us a bold face lie. So if you need a softener please go to another company instead of waughs in Owosso Michigan they are not honest at all.i didn't just buy a softener we had them install a reverse osmosis system as well . And from the first day the plumbing is a Damm mess I am so irritated at them and they have refused to correct this issue. If you want a softener call another dealer Owosso culligan water will rip you off and do sorry work that will cost you big to have it corrected.

Culligan service from Waughs Culligan of Owosso is excellent! They are polite, knowledgeable, and very prompt in installing services or maintaining them. The staff are great at answering questions and listening to their customer. They are an honest and dependable business!
