My wife and I recently sold our house in Michigan in which Cislo Title Company handled our Closing Paperwork. Cislo closing was great,
I needed to get the balance on the water bill and then after two month I got it but since they payed it in delay there was penalty and interest discrimination they took it from my end although we had a meter read at the day of closing
Just be on top of them or choose a company that will care for your money and interest
