        "Kyle" we were talking on the phone and you made it seem as if it was a lot to ask for a little professionalism. Here's a few Tips to help you, don't try to downplay serious matters where children's health are at risk. It would also be a good idea never to hang up without so much as saying goodbye when I finished with "Thank you for your time, you were very helpful today". You seemed as if you hate your job, but that is no excuse to act unprofessional. Please revise your behavior so that if I am talking with you in the future, there is a stark difference from our prior conversation.
