Not a fan. She is not very autism friendly. Seems more focused on making kids wear masks (even the ones with autism) and making sure they are on properly then the actual appointment. She is always so rushed with us and so some of our concerns go unheard. She didn't refill my daughter's nebulizer saying she didn't need it and we ended up in the ER because turns out my daughter did need it. The receptionist is lacking in kindness and professionalism. My son who is severe autism and ADHD runs and jumps and as I'm trying to fill out all their paperwork they give me at the start of the appointment she is getting after him for those things. Then today, we had an appointment at 4:30. We pulled into the parking lot at 4:40 (you try loading up 4 kids) but my daughter refused to get out of the car. We made it into the office finally at 4:47 and were told we missed the 15 minute grace period by 2 minutes and wouldn't be seen as the doctor was getting ready to leave (even though they are open until 6pm?!) We stood there for a minute trying to figure out if we could reschedule but were not given the option and instead told "Those are the rules!" I wasn't arguing the rules, I was wanting to make another appointment. Not at all happy and will be looking for a new doctor.

Bethany has been nothing short of wonderful everytime we have seen her. She listens, explains to children well, and never rushes.

Everybody in the office from scheduling to the nurses are very sweet and nice personal.I Highly recommend Bethany she is very professional and carrying.

Bethany is wonderful with my two sons! She has seen them for years. When they were young and scared, she was calm and understanding. Now they in their preteen and teenage years, and she still does a great job developing a rapport with them and making them feel comfortable at visits. Bethany also takes her time with visits. The office is amazing. It is easy to get an appointment. Great place to send your child for medical care.
