This place is ridiculous. Don't go here! My last therapist called me crazy and I have been waiting to see my primary doctor for over 45 minutes. This place will waist your time.

Just prior to my appointment, I was told that it was cancelled due to lack of funding. I could have been spending all that time searching for a different therapist instead of spending more days talking myself out of unaliving myself.

No help whatsoever for families with children with autism. Refused residential despite it being recommended by 2 professionals because "Our stance is that we cannot use medicaid funding for long term residential because it goes against the seclusion and restraint mental health code". spent 11 days in the ER and ended up having to go home. During those 11 days my son had to be sedated multiple times due to self injury and injury of others around him and SHW response was that it was the minimum people hurt and he was safe in the ER, HE WAS NOT. Security had to be called multiple times and he left bruises, a black eye, and made me bleed as well as attacked the ER staff. SHW refuses respite, ABA won't take him and recommended residential, SHW refuses residential, the doctor there would not up his Depakote, just now offered OT because the caseworker didn't think of it, this place is a joke. They lie, they make nothing but excuses, and they are useless. I wish those who have medicaid had other choices because unfortunately having to rely on SHW you are stuck not getting the help your kid needs and deserves. Useless.

I was treated by my case therapist as if I was the perpetrator in every situation I talked about and that I was stretching the truth because of my mental illness. Thus, I was treated with Bias. I had a few therapists while at this facility. I felt that none of them were qualified. Plus just because I had won my SSI case and I was mentally ok for a few weeks, they pressured me everyday into closing my case. I was under slight duress to close my case and then once I did, I needed the counseling again but they would not call me back after leaving messages. My case worker also helped me fill out some paperwork with the government which qualified me for some government funds in the amount of a few thousand dollars, but when they closed out my case they did not tell me about the funds that I had received and I lost all the money.
