My daughter was having severe stomach pains and our pediatrician has sent us to see Dr Azhme. She was being checked for appendicitis. We were sent to have a cat scan and asked us to wait there for the results. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour the secretary called and left me a voicemail to go home nothing was wrong. I didn't receive the call right away since I had bad service. Then later possibly since I didn't answer the phone call which they told me they would come tell us the results Dr azhme came down to tell us the results. He told me go home nothing was wrong with her. I knew something was wrong and I said so she's just making it up and he said maybe she has the flu. Well to make a long story short she was taken to sparrow hospital and I had to beg and annoy memorial X-ray department for her results for hours because they didn't want to do another Ct. finally about 6 hours later they said we could pick them up. When they were reviewed at sparrow she was scheduled for surgery for appendicitis. They were other findings in the Ct scan which I was as told nothing was wrong. I can't explain my anger towards people who do not carefully review these test or take people seriously. Sparrow had all the test from memorial and they went off them minus doing another blood test. So to all the people involved with the care of my daughter you have made it so we will not be using memorial hospital for anything but my children's pediatrician who tried her best to get us help. My children will never have a test ran there again. It's so sad because I know I am not the only person that has had this problem. I wanted to share my story and review which will be copied to each review page of all involved. My daughter spent 4 days in the hospital and had surgery and I'm thankful it was at sparrow where we were treated nice and knew what was going on at all times.
