It would be nice if the business hours matched what the website says. It even says that the hours were updated 4 business days ago. So, why are you closed at 6pm when the business hours that were updated 4 days ago say 7?

We have been MetroPCS customers for close to 10 years. We started out paying $25 a month with a limit and now pay a little over $35 for each line for unlimited data unlimited text. That is an excellent deal however in the past for months or so the service has become horrible. I have a hard time keeping Internet as I'm driving down the road most times I have a hard time using video messenger apps because my internet is so slow or won't even connect at all. I don't know if it is the merger with T-Mobile but we are now looking for another prepaid phone service which will probably cost us more. We used to be very pleased about the price we paid for what we received in service however it doesn't matter what we pay if there is no service at all. On a personal note I have always been very pleased with the service from Martin who was always on top of everything anytime you called or showed up there at the store. I hardly ever see him there anymore but I do find most of the people working there to be very helpful.

Metro by T Mobile has become one of the worse Cell Phone Company's around today. T Mobile has destroyed Metro and has made it so Metro Phones no longer work, and try to force you to T Mobil! I think there should be a Class Action Law Suit stated against T Mobil. I have 4 Metro phones that I cant even use, bit am still paying for them each month! T MOBIL IS HORRIBLE! The T stands for TRASH!
