I bought a brand-new Crest Pontoon Boat and the fasteners connecting the structure to the boat are popping through the vinyl flooring. I was told not covered under structure or hull warranty. The boat will start to fall apart in five years. Be very careful!

I had a problem with my Crest pontoon getting a lot of water in the fuel tank. I took it to the dealer where I bought it and they found the problem right away. The tank had a cut out for the sending unit which was located near the fuel spout and another unused cut out under the floor of my pontoon which was closed with a metal cap held in place by screws. The Tank had warped, the screws had popped out leaving a large hole in the tank. The dealer pumped the tank and removed 4to 5 gallons of water. This pontoon was under warranty! Should have been corrected within a week. After having my boat out of service for three months, Crest finally decided to honor the warranty! Would NEVER buy another Crest!

We placed an order for a pontoon. It was a different layout than they usually make. Instead of contacting the dealer to discuss it, they just made it with a standard layout. The dealer has worked with them to finally make one to our specifications but since the original order, there has been two price increases. Crest not only forced the dealer to keep the one they made in error, but they also expect us to pay current prices. Had they not ignored the issue in the first place, we would not have this issue. Arrogance at it finest. I bought Crest because the dealer was local, not because of brand. Truly disgusted in this company.

I used to think Crest made the best pontoon out there but they set out to prove me wrong. I have owned 3 of there pontoons. I now have a 2017 and am sorry I do . I thought they were good but throw there warranty out they do not stand by it. They say everything is covered from front to back for 5 years. They are liars it cost me 970.00 in repairs from water getting in the tank. I tried everybody at the company and no one would stand behind there product. I would not wish a Crest pontoon on my worst enemy. If I could afford it I would get rid of this junk.
