I was actually just there moments ago. Coworker of mine decided to car pool because it was easier than us both driving. Well I show up to get some reloading powder I have not been able to find since the beginning of COVID. They have it. Annnndd they won't sell it to me because my coworker bought powder of a different kind for a completely different caliber. Said it was because we arrived the same car. That or because my skin was darker than my coworkers maybe. But yeah never going to step foot in that place again. They run that business like a club of bullies.

Drove almost an hour to this place and was extremely disappointed in the service. Was hoping to get some insight on reloading as I was told they were a main distributor to a certain powder. As someone new to reloading I was hoping such a referral would lead me to a place that could help me along but I was faced with a group of people who treated me like I was an outsider that wasn't welcome. I ended up having to get on my phone to try to find what I needed. From what I could assumed there must have been some liability thing for them to give me any insight but if this is the case they could have been way friendlier and professional in the interactions. I did find another distributor elsewhere that was more then happy to help a novice along. I will not be returning to this establishment again and would recommend you do your business elsewhere as well.

These guys are a joke. Some of the rudest people in the business. Called there with a list of things I was looking for, they tell me what they have so I go to the store to buy it and they say they only have one thing on my list that I just called about.okay go to my car and call and ask if they the supplies on my list.yep come on in. Walk right back in and guy acts like a total D-bag. Definitely will never waste my money at this store again. Also the sst muzzle loading bullets they have are half price at dnr sports compared to them. I would avoid this place at all cost!
