Worst electric company Ive ever had. Their customer service and policies make absolutely no sense. They decided to just estimate my bill for me and when they finally checked my meter five months later (guess they dont offer upgrades to electric meters) they decided to charge me for all the power they missed and stuck us with a $1200 bill in which they told us there was nothing they can do. After paying said bill to keep my heat on, i went through a power outage at 10pm, when calling them was also told they have zero information. They are money hungry jokes, who dont care about you or your family. If you have any other companies in your area USE THEM. If they werent our only option we wouldve been taken our business elsewhere years ago.

they fail to maintane thier power lines in all rural areas specially here in cheboygan county out on huron trail. it is thier job to keep trees from power lines and they wont and have not in years so any tiny wind can knock us out cause they wontdo thier job maintaneing thier power lines ad thier transformers out here are so outdate its bad. so ive filed a report against this company with the michigan dot gov site that deals with electric company complaints since they refuse to do thier job

Called because our power went out, saw a flash with it, very scary. They came out 20 minutes later and did a spot check. Power flickered, heard a pop this time. Called back to tell them about noise. They came right back within 5 minutes and stayed and figured it out. Way to go!
