Lifetouch National School Studio

A photographer from this company recently took individual class pictures at my granddaughter’s school. They told several young girls that their clothing was “Inappropriate “ and made them find sweaters to wear due to the fact that they had sleeveless dresses. The clothing In No Way violated the school district’s dress code. How can a photographer get away for body shaming young girls and why did school allow it to happen. This company has no business being in a school setting!

Okay first of all when taking the kids school pictures. Do you guys even tell them to at least fix them self or remove their badge? Or help fix a shirt collar or move a piece of hair out of their eyes? Each year I get these pictures and get disappointed every year. For the price we pay, its not worth it.

You guys HAVE to get better equipment that looks good on all skin colors!! I'm not Happy with this year's photos nor last year! This is our 2nd year of school. My anniversary photographer has equipment to capture all kids in their differences...I'm not sure what is going on here!! I will not be buying ANY photos from the school and id advise other poc to do the same until lifetouch can take better pictures!

I called to see if it was too late to order Fall pictures. Took FOREVER to click through the automated system. FOREVER!!! Finally got to someone who informed conversation was being recorded. Then asked for my phone number and email for recording purposes. I asked why he needed email if he was already recording the conversation. Was told to record the conversation. Really? Makes no sense if you're already recording. Then I asked where was he located. Kenya! I said no thanks, I'm not ordering and hung up. The $11.99 package was going to include an additional $8 hangling fee, thus $20! School should consider another photo company.
