What a terrible experience. The receptionist is an arrogant, rude, condescending piece of work. Never in my life have I experienced such a disregard for patients. Dr Jones left the practice and moved out of state (he was great), but I needed prescription refills until I saw my new doctor. The woman at the front desk told me I have no obligation to help you. I called my new doctors office who said it is McLaren policy to cover medication until you see a new doctor as long as its between 2-4 months. Which mine is. The woman at this office told me that the other McLaren office was lying and her snarky responses continued until I hung up. What a pathetic waste of a human being she is to treat ill patients with such disdain and contempt.

Both myself and my children are patients at this office. I cannot stress how unprofessional, completely rude and uncaring the front staff are. I myself work as a receptionist at a Dr's. Office and it is an absolute joke to see how this staff treats people. Not only have they treated our family with disrespect I've over heard multiple phone conversations while at this office where they have mistreated the patients over the phone. They are an embarrassment to this practice. Also if you plan on having this office as your pediatric care plan on going to urgent care for ever issue your child has because you will never be able to get an emergency appointment or be put on a cancelation list. (The only reason there is no cancelation list is due to pure laziness on the front staff's end)

Dr. Brouillette is amazing. It is so unfortunate that the entire office support staff is completely inadequate. Zero professionalism. Zero customer service. Zero compassion or courtesy. Some people should not work in direct patient care settings and these folks are the epitome of just that. They have forgotten why they are there and what they are there to do.

My son sees Dr. BROUILLETTE. He is a wonderful doctor, Im sad to have to leave. Everytime my son has an issue he can't get in to see him for weeks. I'm left with expensive bills because Im told he's "triple booked" and can't be seen. It saddens me, but I guess I need a less busy office who can see kids when they're sick. Not to mention the front desk staff. They really treat you like you're an inconvenience. I think its compassion fatigue. Maybe they all need a little R&R.

I love my Doctor but this office is a mess. I have a very sick kid that can not get in to see her doctor for THREE months. I asked about being on a cancel list, they said no they can't do that either just go to ready care. Ready care keeps telling me that this kid HAS to get to her phsycisian. STOP taking new patients. If you can't get a patient in for over three months you have too many patients and you aren't providing quality care. I can't even get a call to the office staff, it says press 1 to hold or wait to leave a message. If you leave a message no one gets back to you, not the physicians assistants, not the office staff, no one. Go somewhere else if you want quality care, a good doctor is nothing if you can't get in to see them.
