        This is about the rep, Ally, who was more than helpful. Sprint store in Okemos, MI. One daughter in Michigan, one in Texas. New billing contact, switching from at&t, new devices, keep numbers and on one plan. No problem. While sprint store in Texas was telling daughter #1 that daughter #2, in Michigan, needed to go 80 miles away to corporate sprint store for deal to work. Ally basically said " I got this, no worries" He was able to get complicated multi state users, new devices on a new plan with them as new carrier while keeping their numbers, in less than an hour! Out the door for $50. Daughter #1, in Texas, had to pay $80. Practicing safe distancing & wearing a mask. It was a geniun pleasure rather than the expected nightmare (based on previous attempts at similar changes) . Thanks to Ally, both daughter's now have new devices, new service & share their own bill. They haven't had sprint or new devices (iPhone 11's) long enough to review yet. But if you need anything from plans to devices, without headaches or hassles, confusion or contradictions, Ally comes highly recommended by this rare reviewer. * I hope Sprint knows how valuable that is.*
