I used Advocate Claims Services this past winter when a pipe burst in my home cause serve water damage. I honestly wasn't sure where to even start. I was actually recommended to Advocate Claims by my co-worker who had previously used their services. I'm so grateful that my co-worker recommended them. Advocate Claims was able to guide me in the necessary steps, they were with my every step of the way. The settlement I received from the State Farm wouldn't have possible without Advocate Claims. Frank was our public adjuster and he was so honest and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. You have to have patience using their services because they are literally fighting for you to get you maximum dollars from your insurance company. So it does take a little while longer but honestly so worth it! I would never go through a claim without them ever again. Definitely a great, honest and hard working team.

I can't thank this team enough for working with me and fighting against my insurance company to get me more money! They work hard, are super honest and will do whatever they can to get the most they can. I honestly left it all up to ACS and I'm so glad I did. They took a great deal of stress away from me and that I can't thank enough. If you're ever dealing with an insurance claim on your house, it's definitely worth a phone call.

Best choice I made for our family. Hiring ACS after my kitchen flooded due to a pipe burst was truly the greatest relief. They did everything to get all the right documentation in place, negotiated with the insurance company, and they were able to get us way more than the insurance company initially offered. What I can tell you if something like this ever happens again, I would never think about fighting it on my own. The insurance company could careless about people like us. Advocate Claims Services worked for us and they truly cared about my family and I. Thank you all so much!

Great customer service from day one. When I initially called and spoke to the adjuster there was no sales pitch, he wasn't just trying to sign the job. He spent over 1 hour on the phone with me and discuss everything with me. The next day he came out to look at the damaged property, told me what he thought and it was a done deal. The company actually CARES about their clients. They were able to get me 5 TIMES MORE than what the insurance company initially offered me. It's so crazy and sad how insurance companies screw people over. If you have any sort of claim honestly call these guys, it's well worth a phone call. Thank you again Advocate Claims Services.
