WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Day 1 I called to see about lab results and medical clearance the man on the phone told me to come at 8PM even though they close at 9PM to make sure Id be seen.. I came at 7:30PM & was turned away because they were overwhelmed by consumers. Day 2 I came in at 1PM with a 3HR WAIT LIMIT once it was finally my turn I had to wait another 35 minutes to see a physician. I return on Day 4 for my results given they wouldnt answer the phone. I was informed that some of my labs were lost and that they needed to draw blood again. (this annoyed me greatly because that means I would have to return in another two days and I hate needles) Day 6 I return yet again for my results. I asked her to fax my results to my doctor. She did it right in front of me and yet somehow my doctor still didnt get it this whole place is a joke, if I knew another place that wouldve done everything I needed I wouldve gone Ill never be back here. The worst part of all a lot of this couldve been solved if they would answer the phone. Even while I was at the facility I called them to my shock no phones even ring!!

I had a great experience here! Making the appointment online and starting the paperwork pre-visit was so convenient, as was the check-in process, as well as the convenience of the pharmacy next door. The staff was all very kind and helpful, and I had the gentlest Covid test taken. Results came back within a few minutes and the whole thing was painless, so helpful when youre not feeling good. Unlike any urgent-care experience Ive ever had, and theyll definitely be the top of my list if needed again!

Place trash. Took my money just to tell me go somewhere else. N the female doctor there rude. Dont recommend at all!!!
