        Initially brought my Macbook Pro in to have a cracked screen repaired. They repaired it incorrectly (confirmed by techs at the Apple Store) and refused to remedy the issue after multiple asks. Im an attorney myself so I will be filing a legal complaint with the Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division.

        THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I took my phone here to get both sides of my iPhone 11 fixed. When my phone was finished, my volume button did not work (which means I can not screenshot) and my camera quality looks like a iPhone 5c. The next day I began to get iPhone error display messages & my phone was turning on & off. I took it back up there & he fixed it. Days later, I began to have the same problems but more. My GPS does not work which leads me to be lost OFTEN! My Bluetooth does not stay connected at all, my car and AirPods disconnects when not prompted. All of my calls arent coming through. My messages arent coming in like it supposed too. My volume overall is jacked!! Not to mention both sides of my phone is cracked again! I looked at my phone on Sunday & my back screen was cracked. I have no idea when it happened. My daughter knocked my phone off of the couch and it fell (little impact) and my screen is cracked again. I say this to say, the quality of the replacement screen is garbage. When I spoke to someone after my volume buttons stopped working AGAIN, I was told that I may have to pay for them to fix it again bc my phone was really broken when I gave them it to fix it. I just dont understand how they can tell me that my phone was really broke when thats LITERALLY THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE! I could of literally keep my phone cracked. $220 + for making my phone worse than it was in the beginning! Thanks
