In complete transparency, I was the Buyer for this transaction so I may be slightly bias. In all seriousness, due to the super competitive market, I had to structure my offer the same way we instruct our clients to structure their offers. We were able to catch the Sellers attention and wrap up the deal quickly. Closed on time with no issues along the way. Just how we like it!

Laura was an amazing person to work with from start to finish. She is quick to respond with any questions, and very detailed with her answers.
