I personally find blaze as my go to pizza place in Michigan. I can customize the pizza the way I want. Can add as many toppings as I need and also find the cheese that I as a vegetarian can eat. They also have vegan cheese and chorizo option. The portion size for its price is really good. Im a bit disappointed that there are only a few locations of blaze

Im not one to complain and Im normally very happy with this place, I usually come here after work serving at a restaurant when Im starving and want something satisfying and quick. I ordered pickup in the app today which usually is no issue, but I ordered a BYO pizza with vegan chorizo on it and received my pizza without any at all, just the other veggies I asked for. I was sitting in the restaurant waiting before it went in the oven and no one said anything about them not having it. I placed my order just over an hour before close so I didnt expect them to be out of anything, and im sure the chorizo just comes from a package in the back. Ive been there closer to closing before and never had an issue with them being out of that specific item. I at least wish they would have told me before I got home and was left hungry and disappointed to not have my protein and the main topping on my pizza. Ill make sure to always order in person going forward even though its sometimes the less convenient option.
