Treatment didn't help me much, perhaps i had to go twice emergency after the Therapy as my body didn't like it and ended up in the boots and crutches. Copay was so high and was trying to contact them several times to reduce it as i have spent more money emergencies due to them but they were not even worried to give me a call back regardless of how many times i made follow ups.

Exceptional therapists! The PTs here are as skilled as they are compassionate. Ive needed PT for a variety of issues over the years and theyve always helped me through . Easy scheduling as well.

If you go here double check to make sure that they are charging you the correct copayment. My wife was charged more because they claimed that they are specialists and charge the specialist copayment. I double checked with my insurance to verify and they stated that they are not specialists they are over charging. I called this place before calling my insurance to ask why they were charging $35 instead of $25. Veronica stated that they called my insurance and thats what the insurance told them it would be. I stated that I go to physical therapy and its only $25. Veronica countered with, well we are considered specialists. After I got off with my insurance, I called this place back. Veronica answered again, I had explained that I verified through my insurance that the copayments are $25 and that they not considered specialists. Veronica rudely stated that they will change it $25 but dont be surprised if you receive any extra bills then. I stated that they need to refund what was overcharged and Veronica said that it would be applied to the next bill. I told Veronica that I dont appreciate her being rude during this call and she said that she wasnt. Please do not go here, their receptionist isnt very mature and obviously doesnt know how to verify information. Currently, they still owe my wife $30 dollars from the overcharging. The issue has been resolved after speaking with their management.
