À La Carte Options listed under Smart Homes and Home Automation is not guaranteed, Pulte can discontinue anytime as these are performed by third party agency. For our home we wanted the home theater and security system wiring which we made it clear to the sales consultant. During the signup process the sales consultant never told us about these services are getting discontinued in 4 weeks. After 8 week of contract signup I had my electrical meeting, I was told to call third party agency to schedule a meeting for home theater and security system wiring. When I called the agency to schedule the meeting they told me to check with sales consultant as they were not accepting new appointments. When I emailed my sale consultant she responded: "Good Afternoon – I know that you have just called for an appointment and was given the news that they are not accepting any appointments at this time. I know that this service has been in the transition of moving over to where we will be completing all the same services through Pulte Sales. I also know that you are interested in speaker wiring so I am working on communicating now with my office for direction for this type of service. I think it would be best to complete your exteriors and electrical as we have started, in the meantime I will work on the solution of where you can get the answers to any questions that you may have and what you are looking for in your new home. Again, very sorry for any confusion and miscommunication, I will let you know what I find out as soon as possible." After lot of email follow-up with sales consultant, final answer was Pulte is unable to provide home theater and security system wiring at this time. We are not happy about this. Will update the review as contruction makes progress.
