        Sketchy place wouldnt recommend this location (Novi). Austin guy at front desk was giving me rates that didnt match any other location. When I asked why the rates were different he offered me same rate as canton and Warren location for only a 4 hour rental only. I then called canton and Warren location and asked about this and they said 4 hour rates arent even a Option when renting from Chets rent all. I did all this while at the desk with Austin. He then proceeded to tell me to leave to Warren location (50 min drive) just a very very bad service and just seems sketchy to me. I am a concrete contractor and bring a lot of business to Chets but this place wont be getting a dime out of me anymore
