I was in and out in under 30 minutes and the girl who helped me Aboni,was really cool and very informative about the process and answered any question I had!! I would suggest this location if you want to try smile direct club and not be there too long.

I was very nervous to go in because I am not a fan of the dentist, but Abuni and Amra were so amazing. They greeted me at the door and made an effort to make me feel comfortable right way. They were so sweet and explained the process in depth so I understood what was coming. They answered all of my questions. It did not feel like a dentist office at all. It only took 15 minutes and at the end they hooked me up with a whole bag of goodies. I would 100% recommended this location and these two ladies.

I hate that I have to leave a bad review when my experience with the Northville staff was lovely. However, that was the only good experienve with Smile Direct. I received a cracked aligner. When I brought this Smile direct's attention I was literally ignored for weeks despite using various methods to contact them. I called, emailed, and even made a complaint with the better business bureau. I decided on my own to skip a tray. When someone finally contacted me regarding my issue, I explained I skipped a tray but was still dissatisfied with their completely lack of customer service. I essentially told that I solved the problem by skipping a tray and they had nothing else to do. Now, the most current issue is that I received a new debit card. Though I have updated payment on Smile Direct's website, I continue to get messages that I need to update my card with Health Finance Direct. However, each time I attempt to login to do so, I get a prompt stating my information is incorrect. It's not. I would certainly advise that you do not use Smile Direct. Once you leave the local office, there is no customer service. It's even difficult to try and find a way to give them my money. I am very disappointed, but I hope other's don't make the same mistake.
