I had the pleasure of working with Kirk at Upstream Waters Landscape on two projects for my home: hardscaping around my pond and most recently an outside lighting project. I was very impressed with his creativity, the excellent quality of the lights and the overall service and finished product. Kirk took the time to meet, verify the plan and then delivered on time and within budget. I highly recommend Upstream Waters, this is a high quality, service-oriented company.

Kirk Wagner the owner of Upstream Waters Landscape, Inc. has not returned a $2400 deposit check that we sent him. Due to a family medical emergency we had to cancel the work and he has yet to return the check. He will promptly come to your property an give a quote but communication will cease thereafter. This is a very dishonest individual and highly recommend that everyone avoid this company. I am contacting the BBB and pursuing legal action against this company. I would not give even one star rating for this company if a zero rating was available. DeRosa A, response to owners response on 18 July 2019. Our last contact from you was on 03 July where you stated you would send a check in the mail tomorrow. To date we have not received any additional emails from you nor have we received a check. You are quick to respond in an open forum but we have not received any direct contact from you since 03 July 2019. I am moving forward with my current course of action.
