I was able to make an appointment online and fill out all the paperwork prior to our arrival. We were seen quickly. The service providers were super sweet to my kids and entertaining. For 3 of us, we were in and out. Would very much recommend! Updated - we have had 2 additional visits with the same outcome. They are efficient and we are in and out. Definitely recommend!

I've had excellent service each time I've visited this location. Staff is friendly, compassionate and experienced, and I've always been seen promptly. They have an x-ray machine if necessary. Staff was also wonderful with my elderly mother on two occasions.

Our (military family) interactions with providers were good. However, after several times being seen at this facility and no prior issues with insurance coverage, one of their providers (Rachel K) refused to re-certify with Tricare and the facility did not communicate this with us. Therefore, they saw us knowing that we would owe and didnt bother telling us. Had this been communicated, we obviously would have taken our business elsewhere. We verified with them before being seen that they accepted our insurance and they are now sending us hundreds in medical bills and refusing to help in any way..

Quick service. Providers are always knowledgeable and listen to our concerns. Appropriate treatment and good post-visit instructions. Its our go-to urgent care!
