The plumber sent by my home warranty failed me and told me I have to go through the roof top which the warranty does not cover. Then someone recommended A & R to me who came in the same day and fixed the problem without going through the roof top. The whole process was very smooth and professtional. Too bad I cannot get my home warranty to reimburse me though, wish they could have sent these guys to begin with.

On time, let's you know they are on their way. Efficient, cleans up after themselves, wears booties inside house, covers stairs to basement where the work was located.

Adam the owner and Stone were very helpful in getting a recirculation pump installed in my house. Instant hot water instead of waiting minutes at certain faucets. A+++
