I had a tooth pulled took over an hour the doctor left a root in my mouth and stitched it up gave me a referral for an oral surgeon . Now I'm in sever pain and feel like I have a dry socket called them back they said there was nothing more they could do for me so I have to sit here and suffer in pain can not eat or sleep missing work because of them , they are by far the worst dentist around never again will I go there or refer anyone to them they should be called THE NEW HAVEN BUTCHER

I was very specific on what i wanted to talk to the dentist about and have done (needed a couple very loose teeth pulled and talk about what to replace them with) I even called back a week later asking if i needed to make a consultation first and got a snarky response of no...not for an extraction. At the appointment i was told by a very monotone dentist that 'they' didnt schedule enough time for him to do both pull and talk to me...?...and I could do one or the other. This man seemed like the most uncaring unempathetic person alive. Absolutely no bed side manner

This dental clinic is nice! All the people are friendly and welcoming. The dentist Dr. Charles Sobers is amazing! So caring and kind.

They messed up my fillings and filled 2 teeth that were perfectly fine. When i went in for the fillings the assistant couldn't even give me a confident answer on what fillings were needed to be done. I had to go here because i lost my regular insurance and my normal doctor didn't take mine. But i knew i had cavities because i lost my insurance right before i could go in for my filling appointment. I went back today to my regular dentist and my regular dentist said new haven family dental filled one of my 2 original cavities and then added on 2 fillings for god knows why. I would not recommend.
