Jerri is the best person I have ever had help me with finding a new home I was treated like I already lived there before I could get my keys and move in she made sure my brand new home was one as if it was her own she gave me hope in finding a new place to stay in the middle of all my stress she communicated and showed much love to us and helped us find our new home and we love it with everything in us so thank you Jerri Love, The Pattons

I love swan creek and the employees within this community. Their website is exactly what you will get but even better with an in person visual. They are welcoming, friendly and very careful and tend to all of their properties the same in a great way I must say. The community is clean quite and a great place to raise your children and have a starter home. If your looking look no further Swan Creek and their community is the place to call home. I love it here.

I just moved in and Im so happy the office lady Jerri is the best she is so nice and always helpful the house is clean and new looking from the moment we moved in the area is so beautiful the Mantaince people are so nice and helpful and they definitely keep up on the park
