The store is clean and pet friendly. The products are easy to find and the associates are helpful.

We have been going to the Chesterfield store for over 10 years until they got their new manager John and since they got him we had the worst day imaginable and the worst experience imaginable do not shop here at the Chesterfield store I do not recommend it.

3 stars. Typical PetSmart. I like the ability to weigh my pet using the Banfield scale even if I'm not actually a Banfield patient. With that said though, the lady working at the fish counter was so incredibly rude. Despite being told MULTIPLE times we have multiple tanks, she continued to REFUSE to sell us fish. Said we could only add 4 to a tank at a time so that's all we could buy. Ma'am we have 3 different tanks, but whatever you won't listen so I guess we'll take our business elsewhere. Now I understand this could be a Petsmart policy or something but she didn't have to be so rude about it and second why isnt it like this at all petsmarts then? She also proceeded to stop helping us multiple times to help someone who just walked up. So unprofessional! Overall not a bad petsmart but don't waste your time at the fish counter.

The staff is incredible here. Highly recommend this PetSmart. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars!!
