I was very happy and impressed with Dr. Knorr, as well as his entire staff! Dr. Knorr walked me through the entire procedure including, good and bad as far as what to expect and other items to be aware of. Dr. Knorr's staff was also terrific. They explained their portion of the process. What pain meds may need to be picked up at my pharmacy and what to expect post surgery. The desk staff was also very nice .

My child was in pain and they refused to get him into the office sooner than 4 weeks. The receptionist told me to just give him Motrin and Tylenol because “there is nothing we can do”... for 4 weeks! Awful. Thankful another surgeon got him in for a consult within 1 business day.

Very unprofessional, all they are worried about is ripping off the customer. Went through the process, and then they told me they could not finish, too small of a tooth for a implant. Now you think they just might of said that in the beginning. The size of the opening didn't change. He just needed the cash.

Dr. Knorr and his staff went above and beyond for me this past Thursday. I had a impacted and infected wisdom tooth that needed to come out. They were able to get me in on the same day. Him and his staff walked me through everything that was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone was easy to talk to and it made a not so fun experience a little better. I have to get the rest of my wisdom teeth out due to the stay at home order being in effect, I will definitely being coming back and I would recommend this office. Very clean and they are going above and beyond to make everyone feel safe due to the fact covid is going on.
