Walked into the store today, it smelled like terrible perfume, like someone sprayed a whole bottle all over the store!!! Went in looking for shorts for my upcoming vacation, was in the store for maybe 15 minutes because I couldn't take the smell anymore, and out of the 3 girls I seen who worked there, not one of them asked me if I needed help or said hi, or even made eye contact. One girl who I was by for a while because she was by the shorts, was on her phone the whole time.

Store #00657 Cashier # 337950 shop there Sat 17 spend about almost $100.00 i have 1 top the rest is for my daughter outfit,,,come back Mon 19 to exchange my top for smaller size plus brought another 3 items and the cashier was asking for all my information my home addres and my cell # 😒 but i have my receipt and was charging me more bec the top i got was BOGO and since i dint have the other one she was going to make pay the full price, and pay the differents what kind of Sale is that? And i was like nope its not right soo she have to call her supervisor to make adjustment,plus she forgot to give me the military discount, that i have used on my first purchase,,, Rue21 do me as ur customers have to tell ur cashier how to do there job, the Cashier was Rude,,,but i gave her a second chance...very poor customer Service,,,
