The GREATEST customer service. I recently went through a split with my significant other. She had my phone turned off because she was the account holder. I forget the gentleman's name behind the counter. "Manny". He made every attempt to get my old phone turned back on. When our attempts where unsuccessful, he cut me a wonderful deal on a new phone and new plan trying to help me out knowing the situation I was in. What a great guy. So helpful and understanding HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will update/edit with the gentleman's name so that everyone can go see him for their future purchases/services. Great job guy's! That's how customer service goes!

Honestly they are a rip off I come in an say specifically what I want and they get the phone and mind you this phone had a deal if you switch and I was goin to but I guess they don't carry my provider, that's why I was switching to a new plan cause I was done with my current, and didn't tell me before they one set up the phone and then proceeded to try selling it for over the price of the deal and the first month of service.
