        Walked in with the thought of maybe buying a new UTV. My salesman, James, took all the time I needed to test different models, compare specs, get upfront pricing, and ultimately make my final decision. Being that I live hours away, I shopped around and no one could come close the price I was offered out the door. The whole team at Ride North was great to work with. More power sports dealers could learn something from them.

        Overall Marquette powersports is a great team to work with. BUT if I could leave this as a zero star I would. Your new Service manager Jared Axford is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. How do you hire someone that worked at subway to manage a service department. Jared has zero clue on what's happening, has nothing to show for customer relations, and communicational skills. let alone my machine being in service for 5 weeks with no progress being done. If there is no Improvement I will be taking my money else where. (for the owner I understand you reads these, for more info what's going on call matt at the store and mention my name. thank you)
