I was extremely disappointed with your restaurant's safety measures during this COVID crisis. I went inside to pick up my lunch and discovered that Barb was wearing her face mask around her chin! Her nose and mouth were both exposed! On another note, her hair was not fully held back by her visor. As she made a sandwich her hair was hanging directly over it, practically touching it! Very gross. Additionally, your employee, Jesse was also making sandwiches and not wearing a mask at all!! I will not be back to this Subway location.

I have had a lot of problems with one particular employee here, I believe her name is Shana? She is constantly closing down early and she always has her boyfriend there who looks like he's ready to punch anyone that comes nearby, normally I wouldn't bother reviewing bad places but today she pulled something that truly upset me, she refused to let a homeless man use the microwave at her store because "they were closed" even though it was barely 8, and they close at 9, it's one thing to be a bad employee, it's another thing to be evil enough to take away from the homeless, shame on her

Went to get a ssndwich there was a note up stating they would be back momentarily. Worst custmer service ever. Harvey street.
