Can never get aholdmof anyone. Leave multiple messages and calls are never returned. Always called during business hours and not during lunch. Dental work was ok but setting it up or changing appointments is a nightmare

My family of 5 have been patients here for 33 years. Much of the same staff remains. Awesome office, he provided orthodontics for 2 of my kids as well. Great place.

I really had good experiences going to this detist off and on over the years, and I think the dentists and staff overall are professional, pleasant people. However, today I called to inquire if they still took Delta Dental, as I'm looking to get a regular checkup scheduled. If not, I wanted to schedule anyways, their prices are fair and it's the first dental clinic I liked. I didn't get a chance to as the staff member who answered asked with a big sigh if it was an employer sponsored plan, and when I replied it was not, she said, "Then no, we do not." And hung up on me as I was responding. I saw they were still on the Delta site and had wanted to simply check before booking a cash appointment. I get it, there has probably been headaches with billing Delta or reimburesment, but I had other questions. My disappointment with this rude treatment was enough that I felt compelled to write a review. In the future, if someone sees this clinic on the Delta Dental site, just be aware it needs to be an "Employer Sponsored plan".
