        Friendly service and reasonable pricing. I believe they did a good job, I'm taking off 1 star due to a lack of detail. 1. The home I own is a rental property and they seemed to struggle with the concept of talking to me vs the tenants. 2. I was surprised to not receive any before and after photos. I've had this service done before at another home and they usually try to send you details to showcase the improvements. 3. They cleaned the dryer vent, blowing all the debris into the flower bed and just left it. The tenants had to clean it up. 4. They didn't indicate that furniture needed to be moved and therfore skipped a room. My tenant had a broken rib and could help move anything. 5. When the service rep arrived he immediately started complaining about not being able to get to our furnace, so it seems like he was prepped for how to handle the house. Overall they did the job and at a reasonable price.

The owner Scott and his employee Eric easily came up with solutions to the challenges presented by the age of my home and HVAC furnace and ducts.         Very professional kind and courteous employees. AAA Furnace gave us details about the process and explained everything so well. They worked very hard for us. We had no idea how long this process was, its really involved! Took before and after pictures to show us how filthy our ducts were. Yuck! If you have allergies you need this done!
