        Overall its a fine place to stay when you are starting. Would recommend not doing laundry here because there is only 3 washer and 3 dryers in the buildings. One is always broken it seems. It just hard to do laundry here I would recommend just biting a the bullet and going to a laundry mat. It wouldnt be an all day affair waiting on a machine. The only building that seems to get updates is the main building the rest kinda look like a cheap motel with the outdated carpet. The apartments themselves are a good size but you run outta space fast. The maintenance man Clyde though is what brings this place up. If it wasnt for him this place would probably be a 2 star.

        Clyde M always comes in clutch when we need maintenance. Not only does Clyde fix our issues, he goes a step further and looks to see what more could be done. You can tell he cares and values his work and his customers! We are very lucky and grateful to have him!
