Estimator was onsite over a week ago and still no call back regarding scheduling service.
Was told that Insurance Claims take priority over cleanings.
When asked for an estimate/quote of services, was told one could not be provided.

Our basement flooded due to our washing machine malfunctioning and overflowing, we had about an inch of water throughout our unfinished basement. I was able to get help right away. Thankful for the speedy, professional service! Everything was dried out in a few days.

Brittany at Servepro made a terrible pipe burst/ water event tolerable. She coordinated the cleanup flawlessly. The crew she sent out was fantastic. Professional, punctual, and hard working. My area was overwhelmed with pipes bursting. Servepro in my area was at their limit. They had Curt, and Nick from another out of town Servepro stay at a local hotel to help with servicing this area. They were both fantastic. I always felt safe, and respected having them in my home. Their communication was excellent, they were always on time, and they cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. I know they were exhausted, but they always had a professional attitude. I usually dont bother writing reviews, but their service is worth mentioning. Since so many people say todays young people are entitled. Not the case here. Also, my walls, and floor are dry now.
