        Agent called and said he was on his way. Didn't show. Called office to inquire and they never called back. Called again and was told that agent turned around and came back to office due to weather (he was closer to me that his office when he called and said he was on his way ). Thought they could have at least called to tell me that but didn't. Tried to call 3 times after to reschedule and agent never returned my call.

        They will claim to be your agent but dont do a thing for you i switched to new company much cheaper and a better policy.
