I had my roof done in June. Positives: Roof looks good. It was done at a very good price. Not so positives: There were several issues that I was not pleased with. There was a lack of communication at multiple points - including when the roofing crew did not come out the morning of the second day to finish the job, and Jacob didn't seem to know where they were or when they were coming. They finally showed up in the evening and worked until it was dark - which probably hindered their ability to clean up all the nails and pieces they left on the ground. Other issues were that they were about to use a different brand of cap shingles other than the brand I requested. If I didn't notice it and point it out - they would have continued - but instead, they ordered in the matching shingles. In addition, they didn't install a ridge vent where they were supposed to - nor did they add extra can vents to bring my roof up to code. Again, it was because I noticed it and pointed it out that it got fixed. They also didn't install a bathroom vent properly - but they fixed it after I pointed it out. I chose them because they had the best price on Owens Corning shingles. When I expressed my list of concerns about the installation process, one of the managers came to my house to listen to my concerns and give an apology. However, he let me know that for some reason I was given a price that was thousands of dollars less than what I should have been charged. So, the great price I was given was sort of an accident. I appreciated the concern shown by the manager for my issues. I hope the company makes the necessary adjustments so others have smoother sailing. Service: Roof installation

The gutter guard project was done quickly, professionally, and economically. They saw and fixed some other problems, and saved me money and time getting them fixed. Friendly, important to me, and very businesslike. Highly recommended because of the quality of the product and installation and service.

Jacob and Brian were polite, efficient and professional. They removed a skylight and replaced with a new Velux manually opening skylight.
