Carpet 4 less

Pros: 1) carpet itself is reasonably priced and looks ok Cons: 1) We asked that every single room of our house be recarpeted, upstairs & downstairs. We expected the quote to include everything. They did not carpet everything. Our master bedroom and spare bedroom closets were never completed. 2) Padding is very very thin. You can feel tacks under and carpet no longer is at same level as our tile areas even though we specifically requested thick padding like we already had with our previous carpet so it would line up. 3) Tack strips so sharp when you step on carpet at thresholds and on stairs. 4) Carpet installation as a whole was terrible. There are spots where it has bubbled up and every single stair is coming loose; edges popping up and parts not stapled in all the way. 5) Installers were much much older, we thought they were at least in their 60s. They had a hard time moving our heavy furniture which we clearly explained furniture moving was needed before booking and a reason we didnt go with another company. There was never any attempt made to rectify any of our issues. Just given an excuse when expressing our issues on phone to the owner. He said was that our cat was large and he was thrown off. They took the money and ran after providing us with a terrible finished product.

I called and Glenn was at my house later that day. He brought samples and took measurements. A week later his crew came by and installed the carpet. 650 Sq feet took about 4 hours. We prepared as much as we could and the guys had no problem moving some furniture around, in which we were worried about when looking for a company. All in all, everyone was prompt, courteous, and professional. If you want it done right and fast, call Carpet 4 Less.

Glen was very professional, brought carpet samples to my home. A few days later the installer arrived promptly and did an excellent job! I was 100% pleased!

Glenn came to our home and brought a variety of samples. He had excellent pricing and product to choose from. The installers did an awesome job and we are super happy with our newly carpeted home!
