        Arrival time was sooner then expected, kindness was abundance, very knowledgeable regarding all my many questions & very pleased with the quality of service! Would highly recommend this gentlemen with all my friends & ask again for future difficulties!! Please tell Timothy Arnold that I'm very grateful for his kindness that he showed towards me, my handyman & my little Yorky!!

        I knew I was over quoted for repairs 1300 bucks over quoted because I live in a trailer . Yes u heard that right Johan said it would be 1000 but since i live in a trailer its now 2000 , for repairs. I was promised my 69.00 dollars back after I refused repairs at 2k . James Edwards did a follow up call after repair man left and I refused, I told him exactly what happened and he said he would be firing someone today and he said he would return my service call $ .. Never happened .. no biggie had it repaired by another company for 1300 less. Scammers. I like my newer trailer its beautiful and my HOME how disrespectful. Never again would I dial your business number

        Called for emergency service and the person who picked up the phone said they cant do anything until tomorrow even though they advertise 24hr emergency service. He then hung up on me. When I called right back, he pick the phone up and hung up again. Beware! Doesnt actually offer emergency service!!!

        Kyle St. John was very friendly and treated us with respect for our issue. At first he explained the price and asked if we were OK with that. Upon our approval, he explained what steps he would take to fix our problem, which didn't take much time at all. He also took the time to give us some background on the various materials which would have been used in the plumbing of our 100 year old house. We felt that was helpful in understanding our issue. The only down side was that he was delayed for MANY hours, due to his prior client's issue (which we understand was out of his control) and he apologized for that.)

      Yes we do, Because we are the only company working on Easter we are full. We worked all night last night and all night tonight. Also, the person did not hang up on you. Something was going wrong with the phone systems. They are not landlines with the telephone company they are through the internet. I understand why you would write this review thinking someone hung up on you. I would be irate. Trust me, if anyone did that they would be terminated faster than they could blink their eyes. I can see if they hung up or got disconnected and the line dropped. One thing is for sure you can not get tankless water heater parts on the weekend and definitely not on holidays. I will take care of you Mr Davenport. I see you have an appointment tomorrow. Myself and the plumbing supervisor will call you in the am. Take some pics of the unit and please have the serieal and model number ready. 99% we are gonna have to order that part you spoke of. Dispatch would not know that as they are not plumbers it is rare that we do not have what is needed for any type of call. However, tankless is one of those rarities. We will call you in the morning.
