Before you decide to buy something from Pagoda Piercing, make some research..., Reddit has some real review comparing to google review.... Their product quickly is unacceptable and their service is unacceptable too.... After my golden necklace ($200) broke twice, they refunded to exchange it and they called security mall to step away from them..... I didnt get any refund!!!!!!

My recent encounter with Banter's customer service left much to be desired, to say the least. I was met with indifference and frustration when attempting to resolve an issue with a purchase. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested in my concerns and offered little assistance in addressing the issue at hand. Instead of working towards a solution, they seemed more focused on passing the buck and shifting responsibility elsewhere.

Took my 15 year old to get his ears pierce. Franklin did a great job explaining the process and the options on the earrings. Very satisfied. Will come back for sure and recommended.
