Monroe Community Credit Union

Called the Monroe branch on July 5th and requested to speak with someone from the IRA section. Telephone was transferred to an automated system. Left my name and number. It has now been 34 hours, and nobody has bothered to call. The lack of a phone call indicates a poor communication system within the bank. Why would I want to do business with them.

Ate my card won’t do anything to get it back to me citing banking regulation about retrieving other institutions cards, will be calling to notify at 9am their atm is eating cards someone else just had this same problem, also their excuse of “it takes time to get money to hit the system” is bullocks I can use my nfcu card at their atm and have the money credited to my account immediately and I’m talking thousands it’s processing with their credit union

The ATM took my card, did not even enter my pin. The bank was open and would not open it up and give me my card back. Told me to come back on Monday. I am not part of Monroe Credit union but another CU. I will never use your ATM again. I am stuck with out a card all weekend and have to rearrange my Monday to try and get my card back. Something that should of been corrected immediately.

When it comes to the drive thru plan on waiting 20 minutes. They have like maybe 2 or 3 tellers for 5 lanes it takes forever. Not sure about much else because I just use them as a secondary bank. Sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes as I type this. To your response, 90 percent of the time it's this busy. I would deposit my checks in the ATM but then they put holds on them so it's a lose lose.

Stopped by the drive through to deposit a check into my account. There was a slight wait, which I did expect, as the drive thru was full 2 cars deep at each window when I arrived. However, my wait was minimal.
