Was told driver would arrive on 20 min He called when he was supposed to arrive said he would be there in 10 minutes Arrived 20 minutes later Could not help me with what I told the dispatcher was the problem Towed me to the closest town and charged me a large fee

Called for a row. 45 minutes later I called back to get an ETA. I was told 5-6 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver showed up. Charged $155 to go 1/4 of a mile to a shop because it has a plow on the truck. $100 extra to pull it up backwards on the flatbed? Dropped it off at the shop and my wife took me to class. My classmates said they stopped at a diner to pick up a to go order on the way to class and saw the driver come in and get a booth. Dude literally stopped for breakfast on the way to my tow and left me stranded for well over an hour.

Service was good and quick. Price was outrageous for what they did.

My toddler got locked in the car, but the driver was great and arrived within 5-10 minutes to unlock the vehicle. So thankful!
