      image There customer service is a joke if you try calling there place of business a third party business will pick up the phone very unprofessional and on a side note they put me into collections without even telling me I owed any money to them. Never received a phone call not even a letter. Update: I did receive a letter from them it was misplaced but I only ever received one letter and the address I gave them was my correct address.

      image Called in and requested an appointment. They stated that the office was busy and they would call me a week later. Finally I received a call back stating that the counselors are booked and it will be a couple of months to get me in.
      This would have been nice to know during the first call. No one likes unorganized staff.
