My best friend lives there and the lot rent is way way way to pricey, even if you own your home and it keeps going up every year. Despite being an over 50's aged people only, there are still a lot of issues going on. Since she moved in someone has tried to break in at 2 am, someone threw a rock through the front window, things have gotten stolen from the yard, and maintenance people keep digging up her yard and garden! Despite that, she still won awards for best garden from the city of Midland. She was stalked and harassed by a neighbor and the then working manager despite the fact that she is a demure lady who tries her best to keep to herself and just leave everyone alone. Rules change constantly and some don't make any sense at all. Overall... Well let's just say I wouldn't move in anytime soon.

The management staff and maintenance are a joke. They are discriminate against residents and act like they are better than everyone else. They harass people and I would never recommend this park to anyone. The management needs to be fired and replaced. This park is a joke should be sold torn down and made a golf course. Yes management liked to raise the leases without notice and tenants have rights under the renters guide to which is public knowledge. I'm so discussed that I want to sue the management/ maintenance for harassment and discrimination

Awesome place employees that work there are very friendly and was there to look at a trailer and buy a trailer and they were a big help and they really make you feel at home awesome employees and an awesome place to visit look at some trailers very clean

If I could rate a Minus 5 i would .What a waste of space way over pieced unless you like to see the office ride around in a golf cart. I would look into Alpine Village much better place.
