I wish I was able to leave 0 stars, the worst customer service ever!!! the employees have no idea what's on their website or how to work it. The manager wouldn't let me get a word in to tell him what my problem was, the moment he noticed I was getting frustrated he threatened to have me removed from the store. I guess I really got what I paid for (cheap service) coming here, just close down already and learn proper customer service.

I was just there and had placed my eye shadow primer on the counter to pay for it. The cashier Melanie ran over to her manager and yelled “I’m here!!!!!” after leaving me without a word and shutting off her light. Wow, this was probably the worst customer “service” experience I’ve ever had. It’s so comically pathetic. “Merry Christmas Kmart.”

The employees are jerks and the store is dingy. You can find go deals there sometimes. This store will probably close within a year from when this was posted

Customer service needs serious improvement! As I'm waiting at the customer service register to return an item, an employee walks by & tells me he's not customer service so he can't help me & walks away. So, are ya gonna get somebody??? Eventually i was helped, but...really?
