The dentist did a procedure without offering to numb the area. I was in so much pain from the procedure that I could not do the other two scheduled procedures. I rescheduled another appointment for the other procedures. On the day of my appointment, I was nervous, and I asked the dentist if she would be numbing the area with the gel first then the shot, and she said only the shot. I decided I was too uncomfortable to do the procedure with that dentist. The office said that I could not be seen by the other dentist.

Completely rude I cannot believe how they treat patients. I called today to check when my appointment was. I called twice since I did not get an answer and according to Google, it was open. When the woman answered she had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. I will never go here, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are absolutely appalling, and I do not see how they are still in business by the way they treat people. WORST!
