Took my MTN bike in for tubeless inflation they said it would be 1 week before I get the quote. Called them 3 weeks later to say the bike hasnt been on the stand. They called me back the 4th week saying I needed a new rear wheel. Fine. Said the part would be ordered that day since it was in stock. I called them back 3 days later asking for an update. They said the part hasnt been ordered due to them combining freight of other peoples parts to lower the cost of my shipment. They never gave me an option to pay for shipping! Went in the next day and picked up my bike untouched. It should never take this long for what I needed I dont care how busy you are.

My 22 year old niece took her bicycle (which was purchased for $25 at a yard sale) to them to have a simple tune-up. She was quoted $75 and was told she would be called if it were going to cost more. They said it would be done in three weeks. She called in three weeks and was told it would be done the following week. She works on Mackinac Island and would need to leave the following week. She called she was told they hadn't been able to get to it. She decided to pick up the bike and get it fixed on the island. When she arrived she was told they were working on it if she could wait a little while. She sat there for 2 hours and was charged $180.00!!!! Being young, she paid it. I believe they took advantage of her. She was sitting at the shop and they didn't inform her that it would cost that much before they went ahead and fixed it. She should have left the bike there and gone to Target and bought a new one for less than $180.00!!. I will never go there and will advise anyone who needs bike repair to avoid this place.
