Jeff from Gordon’s was simply wonderful! I’m a single mom with 3 kids and he made absolutely sure everything was clean/safe for use. And the price was more than amazing. I am very happy with the service it was well worth the call. He even returned at a later date and didn’t even charge me to make a few upgrades that would make the stove run more efficiently and safely. This is a very good business. Thank you again! Used Mr. Gordon in the past but will no longer. Paid him $175 to clean my pellet stove chimney liner. Last winter I called to have him do the cleaning and, I guess our wires were cross as he showed up when no one was home. He did still go up on the roof and pushed a bird's next down the liner. Winter set in and he was not able to get back before snow covered the roof. We were not able to use the stove for that season. This brings us to this year. Mr Gordon was again contacted and came out. This time during his time at my home I hear more vulgar language though my Ring door bell as he came in and out of my front door. He stated to my wife "We're all good" and he left paid. When I tried to use my pellet stove when it got colder it would not run. This required me to spend a lot of money only to be told that my chimney was still plugged. I contacted Mr. Gordon the first time on a Saturday and was told sorry that he was out of town and would contact us on Monday. That week came and went with no contact. I left voice mails each of the next two week with no response. Now it appears I have been blocked as my calls get one ring and goes back to a dial tone, In the attached photo this is what was left in my chimney which was causing the pellet stove not to operate.
